I started my online business journey as a health coach because I wanted to prevent the things I'd spent years treating at the bedside. But I quickly realized I was having way more fun making websites and setting up mailing lists for my health coach peers than actually coaching people. #surprise
I embraced my new discovery and went to work behind the scenes of other people's wellness businesses. I LOVE that I get to play a role in helping make the world a healthier place by supporting practitioners. It's a perfect blend for me!

I moved from the Midwest to the coast of NC 8 years ago and I've never regretted it. The weather is gorgeous 10 months of the year and the other 2 months I'm thankful to have air conditioning so I don't melt into a puddle.
